Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 Business Days by Courier. Cost of shipping is quoted at checkout. All orders will receive a tracking number and will be delivered by our courier within 1-2 Business Days from the shipping date. Should you not receive your order within 4 business Days please contact us at woof@happytailseurope.com. Should our Courier attempt delivery and be unsuccessful please contact the courier to arrange an alternative time for delivery.

International orders will ship by courier within 2-3 business days of the ordering being received. A tracking number will be provided , please allow 7/10 business days to receive your order. Length of time for delivery will differ depending on location of delivery address.

Happy Tails Europe are not responsible for any additional local customs charges or taxes incurred by the recipient of the order. Local charges are not included.
